Who we are

Moonprint Solutions is a product development and manufacturing company serving NASA, DoD, and commercial customers. We design, analyze, test, and fabricate innovative softgoods products for critical performance applications.

Our team has developed hundreds of products across space, aerospace, military, protective equipment, infrastructure protection, medical, pharmaceutical, and biopharmaceutical markets. We specialize in using textiles, coated fabrics, membranes, and other softgoods technologies to create inflatable and flexible products that solve complex challenges and advance the state of the art.

Product and Technology Development

Moonprint develops innovative products and technologies that support both our internal programs and our partners’ systems. We manufacture, assemble, and test products on-site, giving us greater control over cost, quality, and schedule.

Our expertise in softgoods technology allows us to understand both its capabilities and limitations, enabling us to apply the right solutions to help our customers succeed.

We work collaboratively with our customers through Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) contracts, direct government contracts, and subcontracts to commercial partners.

We have full spectrum development & manufacturing capability: Ideation, Design / Development, Numerical Analysis Prototype Manufacturing Test & Evaluation / Qualification Production (on-site) and Field Support.

The Types of Work We Do

Softgoods technology is used in many applications and markets. Our focus is on the most challenging applications that push the limits of the technology in challenging environments (marine, desert, arctic, microgravity, lunar surface, planetary). We generate solution concepts, perform trade studies and risk analysis, design products, develop materials, produce prototypes, test materials / seams / assemblies, develop manuals, qualify and manufacture products. We do this to develop products that solve complex problems in situations that are often critical to life.
